The president is responsible for everything that goes on inside the association and he/she has to supervise all activities. (S)he shall preside at all board meetings. The president shall not have voting privileges, except in the case of a tie vote, during which (s)he must cast the deciding vote. The president shall be the lead representative of the student association in dealings with The Hague University of Applied Sciences’ faculty and staff, and with the community.

The vice-president works with the president and treasurer in preparing calendar and budget. A vice-president usually reports directly to the president of the Study Association and is a member of the executive management team. The vice-president is second in charge and is therefore expected to take over if the president is unavailable.

A Head of External Affairs is tasked with promoting the public image of the association and advancing its financial sustainability. Specific tasks include creating and implementing public relations to improve external impact, developing fund raising plans, and coordinating media strategies and public events. A Head of External Affairs stands in direct contact with the president of the association.

As head of internal affairs you are expected to supervise all the commitees. The separate committees are in charge of organizing events within our studie asosiation, they are run by members of proxcess. The head of internal affairs is thus expected to lead the committees and handle possible problems that could occur.
