1. How we protect your personal data

2. How we use your personal data
2.1. ProXcess uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc. (“Google”). We may process data about your use of our website and services (“usage data”). The usage data may include your IP address, geographical location, browser type and version, operating system, referral source, length of visit, page views and website navigation paths, as well as information about the timing, frequency and pattern of your service use. The source of the usage data provided by Google, Inc. This usage data may be processed for the purposes of analyzing the use of the website and services. The legal basis for this processing is our legitimate interests, namely monitoring and improving our website and services.
2.2. We may process your personal data that are provided in the course of the use of our services (“service data”). The service data may include your name, address, telephone number, email address and classification (student or teacher). The legal basis for this processing is our legitimate interests, namely the proper administration of our website and business.
2.3. We may process information that you provide to us for the purpose of subscribing to our email notifications and/or newsletters (“notification data”). The notification data may be processed for the purposes of sending you the relevant notifications and/or newsletters. The legal basis for this processing is consent.

We do this for the purpose of our legitimate interests in operating the Club and for performing our contract with you. It is possible that third parties may themselves engage others (sub-processors) to process your data. Where this is the case third parties will be required to have contractual arrangements with their sub-processor(s) that ensure your information is kept secure and not used for their own purposes.
3. How long do we keep your information?
3.1. We will hold your personal data on our systems for as long as you are a member of ProXcess and for as long afterwards as it is in the ProXcess’ legitimate interest to do so or for as long as is necessary to comply with our legal obligations. We will review your personal data every year to establish whether we are still entitled to process it. If we decide that we are not entitled to do so, we will stop processing your personal data except that we will retain your personal data in an archived form in order to be able to comply with future legal obligations e.g. compliance with tax requirements and exemptions, and the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims.
3.2. We securely destroy all financial information once we have used it and no longer need it.
